The TAG Heuer 2000 Series 972.013 is a first-generation midsize diver from the mid-1980s, part of the no-nonsense tool-watch line that emerged around TAG's takeover of Heuer and went on to define the brand before the modern Aquaracer. It wears a 34mm stainless steel case (roughly 38mm across the signed screw-down crown and guards), a signed grey dial with luminous "Mercedes" hands and applied markers and a date window at three, a sapphire crystal, and a uni-directional studded dive bezel with lume pip, all on the original Heuer-signed stainless steel bracelet. A reliable Swiss quartz ETA movement drives it, and the case is rated to 200 metres.
