The Constellation 168.019 is one of Omega's C-case chronometers, its tonneau-shaped case cut with the concave flanks and integrated, faceted lugs that gave the line its name. The linen dial is its defining feature, a finely cross-hatched surface that shifts between matte and silvery depending on the light, offset by applied faceted batons and a slim applied Omega logo. A framed date sits at three o'clock, and the case is finished with sharp bevels that reward an unpolished example. Inside is the automatic calibre 564, chronometer-certified and quickset-free, with the eight-star observatory medallion struck into the caseback. Found in steel, gold-capped and solid gold, it remains one of the more architectural expressions of the Constellation, and clean linen dials free of spotting are increasingly hard to come by.
