Heuer ‘Wolf of Wall Street’ 1000 Series 980.022

The Heuer 1000 Series 980.022 is the "Jumbo" gold-plated version of the diver made famous as the "Wolf of Wall Street" watch, the same unmistakable design worn by Leonardo DiCaprio's Jordan Belfort in the film. This is an early, pre-TAG "Heuer"-signed example in the robust Monnin case, wearing a gold-plated stainless steel case of roughly 42mm, a glossy black dial with luminous markers, a uni-directional steel dive bezel, and a signed screw-down crown, on the matching gold-plated bracelet with signed clasp. A dependable Swiss quartz movement drives it, and the 1000 Professional line was rated to 200 metres.
